SAHIWAL: Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with the families of the policemen martyred in the Lahore blast at their residences and distributed cheques to provide financial assistance.
He visited Sahiwal and met with the family members of martyred head constable Asmat Ali and ensured full cooperation regarding the future expenses and educa
tion of the late constable’s children and family.
The chief minister also went to Renala Khurd and visi
ted the residence of Martyred constable Muhammad Nadeem , he consoled the sorrowfull family and assured that the martyrs sacrifices would not go without purpose and the forces would continue to fight against &
nbsp;terrorism until it is rooted out from the count
ry.
Shehbaz Sharif distributed cheques worth Rs 1 Crore to each of the affe
cted families.
